1) Mouse over Manage Articles||Submit & Search then on Submit Article in the dropdown menu which will appear.

2) You can only Submit Articles if you are registered or logged in. Register or Login here now

3) Add a title to your article.

4) Add the body or contents to your article.

5) For nice headings within your article, highlight your heading text and click on Heading 3 in the "Paragraph" dropdown menu next to the "Styles" dropdown menu.

6) Place your cursor where you want to insert your image and click on the button just below left of your article editor screen.

7) Do not add photos which are wider that 180 pixels wide and no taller than 224 pixels high. Ideally, images should be 90 pixels wide x 112 pixels high.

Example:

180 x 224  or  90 x 112

8) Browse for your image on your hardrive and upload it. Once it has uploaded, select it, and then click on "Insert"

Your image will now be inserted into your article.

9) Before saving your article, choose a section & category and add a description and meta keywords for search engine optimisation.

10) Save your article.
